SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, feen free to contact us for update information.

The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs for NL: € 4.95


Delivery is via PostNL's postman or parcel deliverer. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

 

Shipping EU
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ensure that you receive your package within 1-2 working days. If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course let you know as soon as possible. The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs within the EU are € 6.95 incl. Track&Trace. Your order will be shipped as a parcel and delivery will take place via PostNL and your own local parcel service.

 


Shipping Worldwide

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ensure that you receive your package within 2-3 working days. If for whatever reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course let you know as soon as possible. The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs within worldwide are € 9.95 incl. Track&Trace. Your order will be shipped as a parcel and delivery will take place via PostNL and your own local parcel service.


 

Exchange product?

We do not give refunds for online purchases of items. Items can only be exchanged if they are damaged and/or do not match the item ordered. If you have ordered something and changed your mind, we will let you exchange for another available product. The customer is responsible for returning the unwanted item and shipping the new item. You must validate the request within 5 days of receiving the item, anything after 5 days is not allowed. Returns will be send to our address. Please do contact us.
